Privacy Policy

I care for your privacy.

The following privacy policy or data protection declaration is here to inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the personal data I collect, use and process. In it you can also read about the rights to which you are entitled under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your personal data will always be processed in line with the GDPR. When there is no legal requirement for me to collect, store or process your personal data, you would generally be asked to agree with the collection, storage and processing of it (e.g. when you try to contact me via the e-mail form on the website).

I have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal information is trasmitted and processed in a secure way. However, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute protection. You are free to transfer your personal information to me via alternative means, e.g. by telephone or in person.

How to get in touch with me.

Controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), other data protection laws applicable in Member states of the European Union and other provisions related to data protection is:

What are personal data?

Personal data are details that provide information about you or could be connected to you. Such details could be a name, an identification number, location data, IP address, postal or e-mail address, but also factors specific to your physical, economic, cultural or social identity.

You share personal data with me if you are my customer or you have contact with me.

Which personal data I collect, store and process.

I collect, store and process the following personal data (via this website, telephone or in person):

  • Your name.
  • Your postal/physical address.
  • Your e-mail address.
  • Your phone number.
  • Your date of birth and your signature (only when signing a Model Release or Property Release agreement).
  • Your bank account number (only if you pay for my services via a bank transaction).
  • The digital or analog photographs or motion pictures (videos) which I have taken of you as part of an assignment, contract or other agreement.
Futhermore, when you use the website or contact me by e-mail, I or third-party subprocessors contracted by me (such as my web hosting provider) may also collect and store technical data and routing information about the device you are using to access the website. This is often technically necessary to ensure that you are able to access the website and use its functions correctly. For example, data which may be collected is your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address or the geographical location of your device. This information is stored separately from other personal data and may be used to measure the traffic to this website and how the visitors interact with it. This data may also be used to combat abuse of my IT infrastructure or fraud.

What I use personal data for.

I can only provide you with my services if I know who you are. This is also required by law (e.g. for tax purposes, among other). Also, if you would like to get in touch with me, I can only respond if the necessary personal data is available to me. This is why I ask for - and process - your personal data.

You are not obligated to provide your personal data to me. You have the right to withhold your personal data. However in this case I may not be able to provide you with my services, execute a contract or enter into other type of agreement, for which I am legally required to obtain your personal data.

I could use your personal data to:

  • Get in touch with you or respond to your message or inquiry via SMS, e-mail, mail or phone.
  • Execute or take steps at your request before entering a contract or another agreement where you may be my client or I am paying you as a model.
  • Comply with legal requirements, such as invoicing, accounting, tax reporting or rules that have to do with my business administration and organization.
  • Protect your vital interests or those of another person. For example, if you find yourself in a medical emergency while we are on a photo or video shoot, and your name, age, health insurance data or other vital information would have to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party.
  • When you have agreed to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes.
With your explicit consent, I may use the photographs or motion pictures I have taken of you for promoting my business by displaying them in password protected sample galleries with temporary access, which potential new customers are granted access to. This is done with the sole purpose of displaying the quality and character of my work. All other personal data, such as names, is removed from the photographs or motion pictures, as well as their file names and metadata.
You are free to withdraw your consent to this use at any time. All you have to do is get in touch with me and I will make sure to remove the photographs or motion pictures in question as soon as technically possible.

Sharing of your personal data.

When necessary, I may share your personal information with certain companies which I have entered in an agreement with to provide services on my behalf. Such companies include my web hosting provider, the agencies which distribute my work, as well as my accountant.
These third-parties may use your personal data only for the execution of the contract or agreement which I have with them or to provide certain services on my behalf.

In rare cases, it may happen that I am obligated by law to share your information with third-parties, such as when police, justice officials, supervisory authorities, the Tax and Customs Administration or other authorized institutions submits a request for this data on grounds of the law.

I do not sell or otherwise provide your personal data to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services.

How I take care of your personal data.
